This is just disappointing and disgusting to me.... but maybe someone is desparate to rent a mud filled paved lot by the month and pay to use the bathroom... CPYS Ad 

Sounds like he's selling an empty lot and if you want bathroom facilities without paying to hook up to your own water and sewer then you have to "rent" one from another business. Weird to put that part in. I'd have stopped at it not having water or sewer. 

Um he is renting it out for flea market, car dealership etc type of businesses. Says so right in the ad. 

i don't think the ad is all that bad. they aren't saying "live" on it.

Makes me wonder about how the businesses in the strip mall feel about it since it is the parking lot right in front of them. The picture is of the parking lot in front of Akiko's, About Face Salon, Whiteman's, etc. 

They would probably welcome the additional traffic if it were a place to sell used cars, but do they really want their businesses blocked by portable storage units (as the ad was suggesting)? idk... maybe the lot is to the side of those businesses in front of where the old theater and men's shop used to be before they burnt down. 

The best thing the owner of that strip mall can do is bulldoze it. All the units have issues. I feel bad for the lady who owns About Face. I'm glad she's back (she did my hair for years and has started doing it again), but the building is falling down.

That's what I was thinking.... Good on em for wanting to make some money and draw attention to the storefronts they have for the businesses that are there... has anyone gone to "Talk of the Town"? I know Whiteman's moved and I hope their new shop smells better. Wonder if they moved because Talk of the Town didn't want the animals outside their food establishment....
