It's been awhile since I looked at the schedule and realized we missed the open league meeting this weekend. Say's we will be contacted by coaches before the 17th to let us know about practices. Anyone who went on Saturday do you have an inside scoop? 

The open league meeting was really only for anyone interested in getting involved with the league.

See that's what I originally thought until I reread and it said "for anyone who has a child signed up for t-ball or is interested in coaching, umpiring or volunteering." then I was like Oh crap, that was saturday and I was actually supposed to go. 

The "anyone who has a child signed up" part = your kiddo is playing, we want you to volunteer before you get voluntold! LOL 

makes sense I wanted to be a team mom (is that what it's called) but this pregnancy being so awful I figured I leave it for someone who won't be barfing next to the dugout. 

Trust me - you don't want to be team mom of a TBall team. You need to stay in the dugout with them and corral them, keep up with the batting order, etc. No matter what you do, there will be at least one crying, not want to play, etc. It's very exhausting even when you're not pregnant! 

Are there any late sign ups ? We have been put of town

We have been put of town Just contact coach phil he is the president and he should be able to let you know i will pm you his number 

Sounds like the whole rec center was closed Saturday... Basketball games were cancelled - my son's coach called as Hubby was walking out the door on Saturday and said there was a problem with the court. He didn't get any details.

Heather, This was inside. Coach told hubby there was a problem with the court... Yeah, all the fields are pretty worthless after a rainstorm for days..
