Karn.. it's 10 hours a month not week I will say though Nikki and I go about 10 hours a week.. as does Jaymie.. Jamie.. Brit.. Kelly.. etc. It's pretty easy to do when you figure we are there for 1 hour class, 5 min drop off of child, 5 mins pick up of child, 30 mins of tanning, a little weights, a little cardio.. a little BSing.. lol. 5 days a week, 2 hours a day. ;) 

I love Gold's.. I love the people.. I love the classes, the tanning, the kids care.. Sure, I could go to base and pay for child care, pay for classes, and then pay someone else for tanning.. Just so I could run on a treadmil for free.. BUT.. At Gold's I can pay $20 a month and do it all in one place at one time. 

It my "me" time while the hubby is away, lol.

Yeah sarah no more excuses!! I go every other day. And I got my hubby signed up today so I could have a regular workout buddy!! But im willing to meet up with anyone who needs a little extra push!!

FYI: You actually don't have to pay for the Semper Fit classes anymore. I'm so excited :) 

To me the tanning alone makes it worth it, heck you can pay 20 a month for that alone. Yea at beach buns it was $25 a month. Childcare anywhere is a lot more than $20 a month for two hours every single day. I really need to utilize it more, and since I got a good grade on my 1st anatomy exam and I stop stressing and start havin a social life and use my gym membership again LOL. 

You should have told me that was your hubs Jamie! lol.. I would have but you looked like you were in the middle of conversation. I just wanted to say a quick hi before you left. We will be there tomorrow so if i see you I will introduce you.
