Call the community college. They usually have a class going.

I think the fee is $50. I paid that 2 yrs ago, but mine was for advanced life saving, I don't know if there are different certifications.

Ummm shouldn't you have asked your doctor. I'm sure they do it differently everywhere. Some doctors offices have labs some have lab contracts some don't. So I can see it depending.
